GAYDAR
- A short LGBT film set in Los Angeles.
Produced and scripted by award winning
writer, Jennifer Medvin and directed by three-time Emmy
nominated director, Karen Wilkens.
STORY LINE:
GAYDAR (working title) is a hilarious short
comedy about a lesbian who continually falls for straight
women. She employs the services of “The Master”
to teach her how to harness her gay sixth sense, otherwise
known as gaydar.
A spoof on master/student films such as Kill Bill, Karate
Kid and Star Wars.

The cast includes Concetta Tomei, Erin
Cardillo, Jenny Shimizu, Gregory Zarian, Eric Martsolf
and Thea Gill.

The production cost of this film is
$15,000 and we are asking people to make a donation
of whatever amount you see fit. If more is raised from
the fundraiser than needed to complete the short film,
then the proceeds will be donated to Power-UP
a non profit 501(c) (3) organization.
Production (filming) for the six-day
shoot will begin this summer of 2008.
